I love winter squash, so I am going to try this.

Sourdough Bread

 Our latest attempt at a sourdough loaf in the bread machine.

Good generic white sandwich bread, but real sourdough is going to require a lot more effort.

Burgers

 Burgers pan fried in a cast iron skillet.

Good crust and still pink in the middle.

For my taste in burgers, this is perfect.

Jammy Onions

 Jammy Onions.

Onions, bacon, anchovies, fresh squeezed lime juice, honey, pomegranate juice.

Excellent as a condiment on burgers, sausages, hot dogs, etc.

I have not tried hot dogs yet, it sounds like a good idea.
