Pulled Pork
Grill it for an hour to get a nice crust, and then cook it in a slow cooker for 8 hours with sliced onions, Penzey's Mural of Flavor, and vegetable broth.
Shred it and add BBQ sauce to produce some very good pulled pork sandwiches.
The leftovers do not last long.
Tequila Party
Unfortunately, I was not there.
Or maybe fortunately, because I would want to try a shot of every bottle, and that is a lot of tequila.
