Thanksgiving Dressing

Thanksgiving Dressing made outside the turkey, but employing the savory drippings from roasting the turkey.  Onions sauteed in avocado oil, toasted bread crumbs, celery, Penzey's Poultry Seasoning.
 

Scratch Cranberry Sauce


Homemade from scratch cranberry sauce. Cranberries, fresh squeeze lime juice, lime zest, pomegranate juice, elderberry syrup, Penzey's Garam Masala Punjabi-style salt-free seasoning.

The  best cranberry sauce I have made so far.  Set up perfectly without the addition of gelatin.

Twice Roasted Turkey Bones


 Twice roasted turkey bones to make bone broth for soup from leftover Thanksgiving turkey.

Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie


 My nephew Logan's bourbon chocolate pecan pies.  Wish I could have been there to eat them both.
