Blue Cheese Marble


Blue Cheese Marble (Monterey Jack with Blue Cheese Flavor) from North Country Cheese in Almena, Wisconsin.  Not as rich and creamy as a blue cheese from Denmark, firmer in texture, milder in flavor.  Very good cheese.

Mirin

I love teriyaki but never make it myself.  Again, I feel like I am missing something important.

Castello Danish Blue
