I want to try it.
Grilling Country Style Pork Ribs. Cooked them first in the Instant Pot 40 minutes, way overdone, fall off the bone tender. Epic Fail.
The sauce is Arthur Bryant (claims to have invented burnt ends) Original Kansas City Style BBQ Sauce, augmented with spicy brown mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, pomegranate juice, honey, Penzey's Mural of Flavor salt-free seasoning.
The best tasting country style ribs I have ever made, but the texture is terrible.

I am willing to try it.
Purchased at the Tosa Farmers Market. I have eaten many garlic scapes, but never pickled ones. Very much looking forward to trying therm.
From Big Head Brewing in Wauwatosa. Purchased at the Greenfield Farmers Market. Very refreshing on a hot summer day.

I could do the same thing with my lime rinds.

Good idea, because it is really bugging me that I am composting citrus peels that could be used for something yummy.
Although Josh, ex-Brothers Green Eats, currently You Enjoy Life on YouTube, tells me that if I compost it, it is never wasted.
