For a deeper, darker, more flavorful turkey broth for leftover turkey soup.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Arrange leftover turkey bones on sheet pan.
Spray with avocado oil.
Roast 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
Place roasted bones in Instant Pot with 2 quarts of water.
Cook at high pressure for 2 hours.
Natural release.
