I go to Sendik's, in my opinion, the best of the local grocery store chains.

Some high school kid is working the fish counter.
Me: Give me a piece of whitefish.
Kid: You want cod?
Me: Give me a filet of whitefish.
Kid: OK, which white fish do you want? Cod?
Me: Give me a filet of Lake Superior Whitefish.
Kid looks down at fish case.
Kid: Oh, yeah, OK.
