Mortadella Toast


My variation on Matty Matheson's Baloney Breakfast Bowl.

He serves his in a bowl with toast on the side.

Mine features mortadella instead of baloney, and a hard fried egg instead of a runny yolk.

Also, mine had toasted Madison Sourdough bread.

And mine has Peach Habanero Jelly from American Spoon Foods.

Very good, I could eat this for breakfast every day and never get tired of it.
