Rice Pudding by Carol Hoover
2/3 cup rice
2/3 cup sugar
2 quarts milk
1/3 cup margarine
pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla (at end)
Mix all ingredients except vanilla.
Bring to boil on low, cook 2 hours, stirring from time to time.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour into heat-proof bowl.
OK, I have a couple questions about this.
Q1: Who has Carol Hoover?
Q2: Who has time to stir for 2 hours?

Try it in the slow cooker.
