Faux Crab Dip

Recipe: Crab, or Faux Crab, Dip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

One pound crab meat or fake crab such as pollock

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar is good)

1 T chopped onion ( I typically use more than this)

Combine ingredients in oven-proof dish.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Serve with your favorite crackers or crusty bread.
