Sourdough Crackers
Sourdough Crackers
Because it really grinds my gears to throw away sourdough starter.
This recipe needs tweaked (see parenthetical comments in recipe below). Flavor is good but needs more salt and needs to be crispier.
Particularly good with cream cheese and Chili Jam from American Spoon Foods.

Sourdough Crackers Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1 C sourdough starter
1 generous pinch of salt (not enough)
1 C flour
1/4 C olive oil
Combine ingredients, knead into a dough, roll as thin as you can on a parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Bake 20 minutes (not enough).
