Sourdough Pancakes

Now that I have sourdough starter, I am always looking for ways to use the discard because it really grinds my valves to throw it away.

Sourdough Pancakes

1 cup sourdough starter discard

1 T sugar

1 t baking powder

2 eggs

Beat eggs until frothy.  Add starter and dry ingredients.

Mix until just combined.

I use an electric griddle set to 350 degrees.
